Team Training
Teammates: Rob, Scott, Rich, Tom and Chris
Zenn Racing Team held its second of three Winter training camps. Welcoming Tom Skiles and Tim Ott to the team, the weekend was filled with training and team-building for riders to build fitness and camaraderie. Saturday consisted of a long ride through the foothills around Cool, Auburn, and Virginiatown, with a stop at Bicycle Emporium to view the highly anticipated Colnago CX-1 frames that the team will be using for the 2010 season. Sunday was a shorter ride at a more relaxed pace with a fun low-gear sprint that saw Chris Ott crossing the line first after a "madison push" from Rob Cady. This was the first of many weekends to come with SAG support on a motor scooter.
Spirits soared high as the team headed to RPM Indoor Kart Racing for some competitive racing. Chris Ott was the overall winner, with Rich Mader finishing 2nd, and Tim Ott in 3rd.
